This was one of the most authentic Hunan meals I’ve had in Europe. We asked for extra spice, and the owner was very accommodating. The portions were generous and most dishes were really satisfying. As two people from Hunan, we especially appreciated the flavors. The only dish I wouldn’t recommend is the stir fried eggs with chili, as the peppers were more like regular pan-fried green peppers.
